No warranties are made concerning the accuracy of the information on this site. We don't have a compliance department checking our work, but make every effort to get it right the first time.

We cannot use copyrighted materials, licensed characters or registered trademarks in our cake decorations unless one of the following applies:

• Decorative items are purchased by us or you for inclusion with the cake. The cake will be decorated with a representative theme (colors and shapes) but will not include iced drawings of the copyrighted art.
• We have written permission from the licensor.
• You, the customer, represent the licensor. If you work for Disney and want a Mickey Mouse® cake for a office function at the office, then we'll do it. In this case, however, our delivery charge may include airfare, lodging and admission to the park.

The above includes college logos and team mascots, characters on TV, toys, and most anything that you have or might pay money to buy or see. Some companies spot check and we cannot afford to get caught making an exception to this rule.

Many of our products may contain nuts as an ingredient or through incidental contact. If you have severe allergies to nuts or other food products, you may be better off with packaged products.
